Can I change the check-in times?

Yes, absolutely. You can customize your check-in times to fit your daily routine through the app settings.

Yes. We only store your check-in status and emergency contact info on secure servers. We do not track your location or share your data.

How many emergency contacts can I add?

Free users can add 1 emergency contact. Premium users can add up to 3 contacts who will all be notified simultaneously if you miss a check-in.

What happens if I'm traveling in a different time zone?

The app automatically adjusts to your device's time zone. You can also manually adjust check-in times temporarily while traveling.

Can I pause check-ins temporarily?

Yes, you can pause check-ins for up to 7 days when you're on vacation or taking a break. Your contacts will be notified that you've paused the service.

What if I accidentally miss a check-in?

You have a 30-minute grace period after the check-in window closes. The app will send you multiple reminders before alerting your emergency contacts.

Does the app work without internet?

The DailyOK app stores your check-in locally and syncs when you reconnect. Emergency alerts require an internet connection to be sent to your contacts.
